Bond & Moving Loans
Moving House? Need rent and bond assistance?
If you are moving house chances are you’ll need to pay a bond.
Most real estate agents/landlords require bond payment of four weeks of rent upfront. You’ll usually also have to pay a minimum of two weeks rent in advance.
