Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Champion Loans Pty Ltd (CAN: 134022914) of 65 Aerodrome Road, Maroochydore
    
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 29 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
   This promotion is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
    
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), who:

• successfully settle a new Champion Loan during the Promotion Period; and
• meet Champion Loans' normal lending criteria.
  
  Employees of Champion Loans and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   

4. How to Enter
   Eligible customers who settle a new Champion Loan during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
   No additional purchase or entry form is required.
    
5. Prize
   There are two (2) prizes.
   
   Each winner will receive a credit equal to the principal amount of their settled loan, up to a maximum value of $3,000.
   
   The refund:

• applies to the loan principal only;
• does not include establishment fees, interest, dishonour fees, default fees or any other charges; and
• cannot exceed $3,000.
  
  The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash beyond the refund described above.
   

6. Prize Draw
   The draw will take place on 1^st September 2026 at Champion Loans' office.
   The first two valid entries drawn will each win one prize.
    
7. Notification of Winners
   Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
   If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within 14 days, Champion Loans reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
    
8. Prize Payment
   The prize will be paid by direct deposit or applied as a credit against the winner's loan account, at Champion Loans' discretion.
    
9. General
   Champion Loans reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
   
   If the promotion cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond Champion Loans' reasonable control, Champion Loans reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
    
10. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Champion Loans' Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering this promotion.
